What you can write to us about
- Corrections. If you believe a detail on our pages is wrong or out of date, please tell us which page and which statement, and, if you can, send a link to a public source. We review corrections promptly.
- Questions about our articles. We cannot give personal financial or legal advice, but we can point you to the right public source.
- Misuse of our name. pesoloan.app does not approve loans or ask for payments, IDs or one-time passwords. If someone uses our name to ask you for money or personal data, do not respond and send us the details.
- Media and partnership enquiries. Please include a short description of your request.
What we cannot do
We are not a lender and we cannot approve, change, cancel or collect any loan. We cannot contact a lender on your behalf or settle a dispute between you and a lender. If you have a problem with a lending app, contact the lender through its published channels first. For unfair collection, you can report to the SEC.
